Grand Inn Hotel

This hotel is not as nice as advertised, but few places are. It¿s right in the heart of Bangkok, though, in the Nana district. And also very near Lumpini Park. I am a touring musician so my standards are a litt,e lower than average, as I¿m used to chea

The advertising makes it look much nicer than it is. It¿s basically a flop house. That said, it¿s very centrally located and cheap.

No hot water! Needed to change rooms. Staff tried to be helpful but were indifferent. The rooms are shanty digs for sure.

Stayed here 3 times over 20 years.Same bed linen same pain on walls same everthing. Needs a huge update.

Noisy from road and gaps under room doors.Very dated bathrooms and old furnishings.Possible mould on walls or damp. Water stains on ceilings.You get what you pay for but better places for the money. Friendly staff but owners need to invest more.

the place is in the center of city on shukumvit soi 3 which gives easy access to shops mosque and multiple restaurants

the place has its price hiked so much perhaps due to being April but its almost equal to 3 star places neabywould have been good to keep the price hike on a limit due to the hotels condition

Looks nothing like pictures booked 2 days left after the first night dark inside dirty just wasn't nice atall the only good thing is location

Location, everything around you no need taxi.you. many restaurants,such as Thi,Arab,Western foods. BTS very near.I appreciate the lady helpful staff on reception (NUENG) for a kind deal with guests.

Great Location to stay at.

I think due to the property being old and due to age; the hotel needs renovation. The fixtures and fittings are decayed, chairs are broken. Most of the things need an upgrade.

I booked by credit card . And suddenly they tried to charge by it online where I told them that I am coming within 30 minutes

They did not count the reservation in the booking and I lost my reservation in the program, knowing that I paid and booked within the application and it was not counted

A very rude female staff who came to fix safe.She had no idea what she was doing and could not fix it.Said I was wasting her time.A terrible attitude.Its clear the hotel doesn’t care about its customers.Dont stay here.
